Shipping policy

United States Customers

If it's in stock, we'll typically put your order in the mail the on the same or next day (except Sundays and holidays).

Shipping is free in the US for orders over $10. 
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority (depending on weight).

Packages typically take between 2 to 5 days to arrive, depending on where you live.
We ship out of Detroit.

 

International Customers

We recommend including your phone number during checkout.

Shipping is free for orders over $50 USD.  All orders are shipped USPS First Class International or International Priority (depending on weight).

In our experience, international orders take between 2 and 6 weeks to arrive.

Regarding Import Taxes

You may be responsible for paying import taxes on your package.  Even though we are paying for your shipping cost when you spend $50, you may be contacted by your local customs department to pay additional taxes before delivery.

We will not mark your package as a gift.  Doing that puts our business at risk of being blacklisted from your country.

If your package is returned to us due to being unclaimed at customs, we will refund your order minus the shipping cost. 

For example: you spent $60 USD on your order and qualified for free shipping.  If it was returned to us, we will calculate the shipping we paid and deduct that from your refund.  If the shipping cost was $25, you will receive a refund for $35 USD.
